I'd like a VM for building Altarch images(Raspberry Pi etc).
will send pub ssh key in dm.

Requirements

Rocky 9 or Fedora
appliance-tools
nginx (if possible) & ssl'd url (doesnt matter what it is)

if Rocky 9, may need a hand getting appliance-tools working as I've had issues with it not building altarch images. If Fedora, it'll work without issues.

The plan is to build altarch images and download them for testing, etc. May also use it to hold riscv packages as we get further into the bootstrapping it.
