C10s was branched from F40 in early February at the F40 branching event.

We would like to have a project in Peridot to begin building packages and looking at what's coming down the pipe.

A peridot project has been created at https://peridot.build.resf.org/e7b83c0a-b514-4903-b739-6943bbb307f7 for this.

We need the following completed:

Create GPG key
Attach GPG key to project
Add external repository to project pointing to https://kojihub.stream.centos.org/kojifiles/repos/c10s-build/
Add credentials for gitlab
