Setting as "question" as it's not clear if we still want this or not for more than just AWX. There are some services that could easily benefit from this though, such as:

Keycloak/Authelia/Other (single nodes of this will work fine but if transitioning to HA, keycloak's statefulness is terrible OOTB and requires an annoyingly fine tuned configuration to work. authelia, OTOH does not; it just needs redis)

Some services that may need some minor research (due to specific changes we make + we can make custom containers) could be:

Bug Tracker (mantis) (plugins, themes, patched pages, upgrade process is a bit dumb)
Others?
