Generic AARCH64 images and pkgs for SoC #1

We need to start pushing our generic aarch64 pkgs and images officially for SoC, that will invove pushing some pkgs from fedora into our SIG git and building the images, for now it invoves the following:

  • u-boot with some dependencies
  • rocky-arm-installer will be added later and will be based on fedora-arm-installer
  • LTS generic kernel
  • kickstarts to create the images

Let me know if there is any more info needed.
