set -u and -o pipefail everywhere As with the previous similar changes, this is intended to catch problems as they happen instead of ignoring them and continuing on to potentially fail later. update zypper element Scripts in pre-install.d run as root so there is no need to sudo commands. This patch also helps avoid an error when sudo is not installed in the default image.
