Correct README.md markdown errors
Fixes a few syntax errors in the markdown rendering related to the new verbage about install types. Also gives a better example of using a DIB_INSTALLTYPE_* environment variable. Change-Id: I4b60f458adc08b601e9d913f3e448bcf620314db
