Dan Prince	50cb019a25	Set DISTRO_NAME in OS environment.d Updates the various operating system elements so that we set the DISTRO_NAME variable for each distro. Default to only having cloud-init query Ec2 on first boot for Ubuntu,
until cloud-init has been SRU'd to fix the CloudSigma data source issue
