Markos Chandras bbcc22751f elements: Add new openssh-server element 
Add new 'openssh-server' element to ensure that openssh server
is installed and enabled during boot. This is mostly useful for
*-minimal images which do not come with openssh installed and/or
enabled in order to keep a small dependency footprint.

Copies local user settings such as .ssh/authorized\_keys and $http\_proxy into
the image.

Environment Variables

DIB_LOCAL_CONFIG_USERNAME
  :Required: No
  :Default: root
  :Description: Username used when installing .ssh/authorized\_keys.
