Ralf Haferkamp cb26d4478c Add bash as a dependency to the deploy ramdisk 
Otherwise some dependend libraries might be missing in the ramdisk. E.g.
on SUSE bash is dynamically linked against libreadline.

A ramdisk that will expose the machine primary disk over iSCSI and reboot once baremetal-deploy-helper signals it is finished.
