On Rocky Linux 9, IMA signing is not available. It is possible that in the future we could begin doing IMA signing. However, because we are starting development early for Rocky Linux 10, we should look into IMA signing for it ahead of time.

This issue is specifically for the research and implementation of IMA signing.
