Module builds are in progress, we are working in tandem on #28 and #29 -- scratch builds for boot ISOs to verify artifacts are nominally functional

Final leg of modules. There's three more modules to go and they have to be built in order. The first two will take the longest.

Detailed info: javapackages-bootstrap -> javapackages-tools -> maven

Maven, however, is the only module that is provided in the repositories, but it relies on javapackages-tools to build. Maven is receiving a rebuild for openjdk 21 support, which it did not have in 9.3.
