As mentioned in sig_cloud/meta#3 these changes are needed to get the VMware Vagrant image working on Mx macOS hardware.

The sata referencing line for the disk is inactive as long as the sata controller is not present, but as soon as this gets switched in the Vagrantfile on the user side it will work!
