start_with_launcher: adjust for new overview behaviour
The annoying submenus in the overview app list now scroll right not down :/ have to adapt this function for that. Had to move get_release_number earlier because perl ordering. Signed-off-by: Adam Williamson <awilliam@redhat.com>
