Slow down desktop_browser a bit to try and make it more reliable
Getting some odd failures where the downloaded file doesn't show up in the right place which I think might be due to over rapid clicking here. Try and slow it down a bit. Signed-off-by: Adam Williamson <awilliam@redhat.com>
