Description

Adds some package selection needles
Adds a few needles for kdump

This PR is related to #103

And depends on #106

How Has This Been Tested?

openqa-cli api -X POST isos ISO=Rocky-9.0-x86_64-boot.iso ARCH=x86_64 DISTRI=rocky FLAVOR=boot-iso VERSION=9.0 BUILD=-boot-iso-$(date +%Y%m%d.%H%M%S).0 GRUB="inst.repo=https://yumrepofs.build.resf.org/v1/projects/55b17281-bc54-4929-8aca-a8a11d628738/repo/BaseOS/x86_64 inst.addrepo=AppStream,https://yumrepofs.build.resf.org/v1/projects/55b17281-bc54-4929-8aca-a8a11d628738/repo/AppStream/x86_64 ip=dhcp"

This test suite should pass at least until the installation runs, downloads packages, installs and configures them.
In my environment it completely finished.
