Description

Resolves remaining issues with install_cyrillic_language.
Updates leftbar_generic for non-English languages

How Has This Been Tested?

# openqa-cli api -X POST isos ISO=Rocky-8.7-BETA-x86_64-dvd1.iso ARCH=x86_64 DISTRI=rocky FLAVOR=universal VERSION=8.7 BUILD=-20221014.183347.0-$(git commit --show-current)-8.7-universal TEST=install_arabic_language,install_european_language,install_cyrillic_language,install_asian_language

All four tests should run successfully to completion.
