Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Describe Issue
The repo doesn't have issue or pull request templates leading to inconsistent reporting of issues or unclear requests for enhancements.
Planned Action
Add issue and pull request templates per the Github guidelines.
Partially resolved in #24 which added an issue template. This was created in the Github Web UI via the Insights/Community panel and include some Github header information which is used by the template to pre-fill the Issue title with boilerplate and can be modified to create labels once the labels have been added.
Another PR will be created (since the last one wasn't added as a draft and was merged) and will expand on that work.
