Tweak kernel.org patch needles again This is getting annoying. We're getting, like, 94-95% matches for the recent needles sometimes. Instead of continuing to make more and more needles, let's try dropping the required match threshold a bit. The kde-20191206 needle doesn't seem to be needed so let's get rid of it.
