desktop_browser: remove the new tab workaround
I'm pretty sure I worked around the modifier bug in os-autoinst, so this shouldn't be necessary any more. See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1727388 Signed-off-by: Adam Williamson <awilliam@redhat.com>
