Adam Williamson 72edbfe991 Use qemu host IP 172.16.2.2 not 10.0.2.2
This is to make the infra folks happy, apparently using 10.0.x.x
and 10.1.x.x is causing conflicts since our actual infra network
uses those ranges too.
