Mirror Manager Modernization
Mirror Manager was brought in EL 8.3 and needs work to upgrade to the latest upstream. This involves:
- Determining changes upstream that have been made (such as important enhancements or transitions from python to rust)
- Determining custom changes made for our use case
- How to take the above custom changes and put them into the new mirror manager instance
- Containerize mirror manager
