Louis Abel	fabbe8e46d	cleanup: remove obsolete functions ... 8.10 was built using xorrisofs. As a result, there's no reason to keep isohybrid or any of those other functions around in the event we use empanadas to recreate ISO's specifically for Rocky Linux 8.
