Allowerasing (#181) 
* Allow erasing during the distro-sync

This is mainly for Oracle Linux but it  will allow a lot more distro-syncs to be
successful instead of crapping out with the migration half done.

Various scripts and tools that we find useful, whether we use them or they are made for public consumption.

migrate2rocky -- Conversion Script

Running this script will convert an existing CentOS 8 system to Rocky Linux 8.

mirrorsync -- Mirror Script

Example script for keeping a public or private mirror in sync.
