Peter Ajamian 540327a1cb Use shimx64.efi for EFI boot. 
We shouldn't be setting EFI boot to grubx64.efi, but rather shimx64.efi instead.
This commit also makes sure that both grub2-x64 and shim-x64 are properly
installed in an EFI boot system.

Various scripts and tools that we find useful, whether we use them or they are made for public consumption.

migrate2rocky -- Conversion Script

Running this script will convert an existing CentOS 8 system to Rocky Linux 8.

mirrorsync -- Mirror Script

Example script for keeping a public or private mirror in sync.
