Description

Adds a few new needles for:

disk partitioning
a lot of needles for the other language tests

This PR is related to #103

How Has This Been Tested?

openqa-cli api -X POST isos ISO=Rocky-9.0-x86_64-dvd.iso ARCH=x86_64 DISTRI=rocky FLAVOR=universal VERSION=9.0 BUILD=-universal-$(date +%Y%m%d.%H%M%S).0

There are only a small amount of tests that fully finish, but all at least get to the point, where they fail, because the _(console|graphical)_wait_login is broken or it fails on the first login guide 🙂 (and somewhere it references the non existing prod repo)
But everything else is fixed now!
